About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Real Estate Telemarketer & Prospector to join our dynamic team at Leading Realty Sunshine Coast in Mooloolaba, Queensland. This is a casual role, offering flexible work options to suit your lifestyle. As a Casual Real Estate Telemarketer & Prospector, you will play a crucial part in generating new business opportunities and driving the growth of our residential sales operation.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively making outbound calls to prospective clients and nurturing warm leads
  • Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis
  • Scheduling appointments and arranging property viewings for our sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records and database management to track lead generation efforts
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support the overall business development strategy

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectively
  • Exceptional phone manner with clear, confident speaking voice
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with real estate sales processes and terminology
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and data management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for record keeping
  • Real Estate Licence is proferred
  • Full Australian working rights or valid work visa
