Casual Reception/Nursing Staff – Oral & Maxillofacial Clinic

We are a busy oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Receptionist/Nurse to join our team.

About the role:

This is a casual position (approx. 8–16 hours per week) supporting both reception and nursing duties. You'll work closely with our professional team to ensure patients receive a seamless and positive experience.

Duties include:

  • Managing phones and appointments
  • Patient liaison and front desk reception
  • Surgical assisting and support as required
  • Sterilization of equipment and instruments as required
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in dental nursing or oral and maxillofacial is mandatory
  • Experience with Genie software is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in reception or nursing (dental/medical setting desirable)
  • Friendly, professional manner with a focus on patient care
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
