We're on the lookout for a motivated and friendly Retail Assistant to join our team. If you've got a knack for customer service and a background in retail or pool care – even better.

What we're after:

• Retail and pool industry experience preferred
• A positive, can-do attitude — someone who takes initiative, shows up on time, and gets stuck in.
• Strong communication skills — confident helping customers, answering questions, and guiding them through product options.
• A genuine interest in learning — we'll teach you water testing, chemical balancing, product knowledge, and more.
• Team player vibes — you'll work closely with both the retail and mobile technician teams.
• Willingness to work across our Albany Creek, Stafford and other surrounding stores within our territories.

What you'll be doing:

• Greeting and helping walk-in customers, answering product and service enquiries.
• Conducting pool water testing and recommending treatment solutions (we'll train you).
• Selling a range of pool chemicals, equipment, and accessories — from floaties to filters.
• Maintaining store presentation – restocking shelves, keeping things clean and tidy, and assisting with visual merchandising.
• Learning the ins and outs of pool care products, and becoming a go-to in-store expert over time.
• Supporting our service team with stock, equipment, and customer follow-ups.

• Lending a hand with deliveries and / or basic admin tasks as part of the day-to-day.

• Store opening, closing and cash handling.
