FOH SUPERVISOR

North Fitzroy Arms Hotel is seeking a FOH Supervisor with experience in fast paced venue to join the team at our beloved neighbourhood establishment.

ABOUT US:

The North Fitzroy Arms Hotel earned itself a long overdue facelift, recently reopening after renovation. The neighbourhood favourite has reinvented itself as a moody food-focussed pub, under a leading head chef and beverage director. Rest assured, the pub still retains its heart and soul, with this endearing old building welcoming back its locals, and still playing footy in the front bar.

2024 marked 150 years of the NFA serving guests in the back streets of North Fitzroy, and to continue that tradition, we are in search of genuine hospitality professionals who are kind, positive, and passionate about the Hotel's new direction.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Our FOH positions are accompanied by the support and leadership of our motivated management team with their finger on the pulse of the hospitality scene, allowing you to comfortably contribute to a great dining experience and develop your hospitality career.

Applicant Requirements:


• Kind and empathetic people person


• Natural leadership drive and abilities


• Sharp eye for detail and organisation


• Excellent communicator and team player


• Experience section waiting in a fast-paced dining room


• Experience in a wine-focussed venue (preferable but not essential)


• A friendly and welcoming demeanour


• The ability to create memorable interactions with our guests


• Professional communication and listening skills
