  • Compassionate, patient Male disability Support Workers with in-depth experience in looking after Autism clients

  • Must Drive and have own car as involves Community Participation

  • Permanent shifts every week and need long term commitment. No Casual shifts available

  • Able to manage client's routine to enable minimise behaviours of concern

  • Able to communicate, understand, and stick to client regimine and advocate the same

  • Able to provide space when needed but monitor, document, and report as needed

  • Need exceptional documentation skills and incident reporting skills needed.

  • Able to mentor and induct - new oncoming staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour
