About the role:

We have an opportunity for a Permanent Full-Time Automotive Parts Specialists to join our experienced team in Burleigh. We are looking for committed team members to provide support to our teams and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, have previous experience, a passion for Auto Parts, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound phone & online sales processing

  • In-store customer service

  • Order & receipt of incoming stock

  • Process & pick purchase orders

  • Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

Skills & experience

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Mechanical or parts experience

  • A customer service champion

  • Experience and passion for auto parts

  • Well presented

  • Great phone manner

  • Ability to influence & negotiate

  • Ability to translate technical problems into simple solutions
