We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Hay Operator / Labourer to join our team in Yerecoin. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a physically demanding, dusty environment and have a strong work ethic. If you are ready to contribute to our team and work in the agricultural industry, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate hay machinery efficiently and safely.
- Assist with general labour tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading.
- Use of forklift
- Maintain equipment and perform basic repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work in outdoor conditions, handling various tasks in dusty environments.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in hay operations or general labour (preferred but not essential).
- Forklift licence & Telehandler certificate
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work long hours.
- Ability to work in dusty conditions and various weather conditions.
- Reliable, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Own transport to get to the job site.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
This role is open to all candidates including working holiday visa workers, with onsite accommodation available for the right candidate.
