The role requires a creative Early Childhood Teacher to work as an active team member in providing high quality education and care. This is a great opportunity for early childhood professionals who are passionate about the early years and would like to be involved with a supportive professional team.

This is a 5 day per week opportunity where you will be working in the kindergarten room for 4 year olds.

Fixed Term Contract - Second Early Childhood Teacher - August-December

We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who has:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to achieve excellence in practice
  • Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Regularly assess and document children's development to inform learning strategies

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) OR proof that you are Working Towards your Bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Current Working with Children Check/ Working with Vulnerable People or Blue Card
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in leading or mentoring teams is highly desirable
