About the engagement:

Green Light are assisting in delivering projects for an industry leading organisation and have a requirement for an experienced ITIL Coordinator (NV1) to join the team on a permanent basis based out of their Canberra offices. The successful candidate will have experience in Government focused environments.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ITIL and be comfortable in a process-driven environment.

Youwill be guiding internal and external service providers through key service management process. You will be outcome and customer driven, whilst still being able to think outside the box to meet the needs of all stakeholders.

An active NV1 clearance at minimum, is essential – consultants who are not Australian Citizens and do not have an active baseline cannot be considered

To see you succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Coordinate end-to-end process
  • Business process improvement knowledge and practical application
  • ITIL knowledge of change, problem & incident management
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, use and interpret best practice policies and procedures to ensure adherence
  • High level interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Experience working in an enterprise class environment
  • Drive process improvements in the area of operational delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams across service delivery and management
  • ITIL certification
