Your Role

As a Bar Attendant at Manta Ray, you'll deliver exceptional service behind the bar while creating memorable guest experiences. You'll prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, support the floor team during service, and help maintain a seamless and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Where you'll make an impact

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard

• Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service throughout each shift

• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with RSA standards

• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience

• Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and general bar operations

• Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain smooth and consistent service

What we're looking for

You are a confident and experienced hospitality professional who takes pride in creating great drinks and genuine guest connections. You thrive in a busy environment and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Previous bar experience in a high-volume or premium dining venue

• Excellent beverage and cocktail knowledge

• A passion for customer service and strong communication skills

• Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)

• Driver's Licence (Desirable)
