Join our FP&A Technology Team, where you will work as a TM1 Engineer. Our team collaborates closely with finance and technology stakeholders to transform how financial and operational data is modelled, forecasted, analysed and delivered across the business.

What role will you play?
As an IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer, you will play a key role in participating in the design and implementation of innovative financial solutions to enhance our financial data and FP&A capabilities. You will be utilizing TM1, Python and AWS as well as your knowledge of financial modelling to assist in the development of financial reporting, planning, forecasting and allocation models. You will be collaborating with the Finance teams across Macquarie to support the creation of customized TM1 models and UIs that meet our needs.

What You Offer

  • Extensive experience in TM1/Planning Analytics: solution architecting, model building, UI development, and system configuration
  • Expertise in TM1 skills: TI processes, Rules, MDX, and UI/UX design with PAW and PAfE
  • Proficiency in Python, TM1py, REST API, Shell scripts, VBA, and advanced MS Excel
  • Strong background in data modelling, data transformation, SQL and data warehousing
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
  • Experience working in Scrum teams and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
