About Us

Children's Podiatry Clinics is proud to be partnering with Neurodiverse Playhouse to offer Melbourne's first neuroaffirming tailored playhouse for Autistic, neurodivergent and neurotypical children.

We're redefining podiatry with a whole-child approach—incorporating primitive reflex integration, sensory regulation, movement-based therapy, and a deep understanding of how the feet connect with gross and fine motor development, attention, balance, and executive function.

Working within the Yarraville clinic, you'll join a multidisciplinary team of neurodiverse-informed therapists to support children aged 2–18 in a playful, respectful, and evidence-based way.

The Role Includes:

Assessing and treating children with intoeing, foot posture, balance, and gait concerns

Incorporating primitive reflex integration into therapy

Collaborating with therapists to support motor skill development and regulation

Working in child-friendly, indoor and outdoor therapy spaces

Empowering families with education and take-home movement programs

Supporting NDIS and private clients with clear communication and planning

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Are a qualified and AHPRA-registered Podiatrist

Have a passion for working with children and neurodivergent clients

Are curious about (or experienced in) reflex integration and developmental podiatry

Value a neuroaffirming, gentle, and strengths-based approach to care
