e:As an Engagement Support Officer, you'll deliver community engagement and consultation activities for a range of Council projects and service

s.

You'll work closely with staff across the organisation, Elected Members and key stakeholders to ensure our community is informed, included and heard. This includes preparing communication materials, updating engagement platforms, coordinating meetings and supporting a consistent and positive customer experien

ce.

You: You're someone who thrives on variety, values great teamwork and is passionate about community engage

ment.

You bring experience in engagement, consultation, communications, social planning, or administration—ideally within local government or a similar setting—and may also hold a relevant qualification such as IAP2 or equivalent. You're confident working across different teams and enjoy building strong relationships with colleagues, Elected Members, stakeholders and the comm

unity.

You have a proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining great attention to detail. You're a clear and confident communicator—someone who can engage with a diverse audience using tact, diplomacy an

d care.

You're comfortable using digital platforms, can write clearly and simply, and always look for ways to improve the experience for

others.
