About the role

You'll be working on unique, high-end renovations where no two days are the same. With no Mitre 10 around the corner, you'll need to be resourceful and hands-on – able to problem-solve, repair, and create solutions without relying on other trades. We work from mud maps and sketches, so being able to visualize the final product is key.

What We're Looking For

· Proven experience in high-end renovations with a focus on a polished finish

· A practical, solution-driven mindset with a vast knowledge of all building trades– if it's broken, you can fix it

· Confidence working off sketches, or a rough plan

· Down-to-earth communication skills – relatable to country people

· Integrity, honesty, and reliability – the qualities that build trust on the land

· Suitability for someone independent, adventurous, or a couple (builder + handy offsider)
