Established Tier 2 Builder/Developer seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman - Contract initially - N/E Melb

Hays have partnered with a long standing, well established Tier 2 Builder/Developer who deliver a range of Commercial projects such as Apartments, Luxury Residential and mixed use developments up to $80m. They are looking to bring on an experienced Finishes Foreman to assist with a $40m Apartment project in the North East. Contract initially with the view to go permanent pending a successful delivery.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for:

- Coordinating services trades, setting out and managing rough-ins.
- Assisting the Site Manager ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Driving subcontractors and trades to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage OH&S protocols on site.
- Scheduling weekly work programs for finishes trades.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Proven track record in delivering Apartment Finishes on projects up to $40m.
- Trade Qualified Carpenter/Plasterer. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Finishes Foreman.
- Strong ability to communicate, manage trades, and liaise with PM, SM, Stakeholders etc.
- Positive attitude, reflecting the clients culture.
- Solutions focused, with an excellent work ethic.
