This global manufacturing company based in Eagle Farm is a leader in their field. Supplying materials into various industries, they pride themselves on innovation and a strong team culture. Our client is looking for a Trade Assistant to join their busy workshop.

Your new role

Our client has an immediate need for a Trade Assistant to join their team. In your role, you will be working alongside Fitters to ensure optimal product output.

  • Assist in the maintenance, assembly and repair of equipment
  • Operate tools and equipment effectively and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Support the team with general tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Operate a forklift to assist in moving materials and loading for orders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous industry experience as a Trade Assistant
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Previous experience in a similar position or within manufacturing
  • LF ticket - Essential
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol and national police check

What you'll get in return

This role is a temporary ongoing position with eligibility for permanency for the right candidate. You will be working with a global leader in their sector with the opportunity for career progression. You will work Monday to Friday, day shift hours, with a competitive hourly rate of $41 offered.
