We are partnering with a values-driven organisation seeking an experienced
Regional Manager
to lead inclusive employment outcomes across the
North Metro
region. This is a senior leadership role suited to a strategic, people-focused leader who thrives on performance, partnerships, and positive social impact.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the executive leadership team, you will take full ownership of regional performance, culture, and stakeholder engagement-ensuring high-quality, person-centred employment services are delivered consistently across multiple sites.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead & Inspire

  • Coach, mentor, and support Team Leaders, Career Coaches, and Employment Specialists to achieve exceptional participant outcomes.
  • Foster a high-performance, values-aligned culture across the region.

Drive Regional Performance

  • Own and manage regional KPIs, compliance, and service quality across all ESA locations.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve outcomes and service delivery.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement regional strategies aligned to organisational goals and local labour market opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and innovative approaches to inclusive employment.

Build Trusted Partnerships

  • Strengthen relationships with employers, community organisations, and government stakeholders.
  • Act as a senior ambassador for the organisation within the North Metro region.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within
    Disability or Employment Services
    (IEA, DES, NDIS, Workforce Australia).
  • A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial and operational acumen.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and deliver against performance frameworks.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Confidence in analysing data, monitoring KPIs, and translating insights into action.
