Product Manager

The role
You'll be the first Product Manager, working closely with the CEO to shape the roadmap. You will design, ship and iterate on features, run A/B tests, and help build a simple, repeatable product experimentation engine. You will analyse user data and feedback, and lead a team of 4 engineers and 1 designer to move key metrics.
About you
- At least 1 year of Product Manager experience in fast-moving environments
- Strong product and design intuition with a focus on user experience
- Data-driven, comfortable interpreting product metrics. SQL is a plus
- Bias for action. You ship, learn and iterate quickly
- Organised, collaborative and comfortable working across time zones
- Must have Australian or US working rights
The offer
- Location: Remote in Australia, or based in New York City
- Competitive base salary circa $150–160k + super (depending on experience) plus equity
- Work directly with a small, highly capable team on a consumer subscription product with access to a top network of consumer based founders in NY
- Travel to Vietnam in 2026 for the annual team retreat
