As we continue to scale, we're looking for an exceptional
Investment Associate
to join our sector-leading Investment Management team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

In this broad and influential role, you will lead core day-to-day activities across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and analysis to asset management and investor engagement. The key responsibilities have been listed below.

1. Strategy Development

• Contribute to the organisation's broader investment strategy
• Lead research and analysis on markets, trends, and opportunities
• Develop, maintain, and review financial models, cashflows, and investment feasibilities
• Support the assessment of new investment and development opportunities
• Build strong relationships with finance, development, and operations to ensure alignment

2. Strategy Execution

• Support and lead the execution of real estate transactions
• Assist with equity and debt capital raising activities
• Coordinate with internal and external experts (tax, legal, HR, advisors) to deliver transactions smoothly
• Prepare documentation and analysis to support investment decisions

3. Leadership

• Guide and mentor team members, including an Investment Analyst
• Support capability development and succession planning within the team
• Promote best practice in modelling, research, reporting, and documentation
• Develop and document key processes and ensure knowledge transfer across the team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective investors
• Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders across finance, development, and operations
• Support investor communications, reporting, and information requests
• Proactively identify opportunities or issues across the investment portfolio

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 4–5+ years in real estate, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capability
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement
• Understanding of real estate investment or development (advantageous)
