About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join the team at Innovative Print Solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their print needs are met to the highest standard. This is a full-time role based in our office in Brookvale, NSW.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing company clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively pitch Innovative Print Solutions to both existing and prospective clients
  • Liaise with the production team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of client orders
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the latest print and industry trends
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective account management and new business development

What we're looking for

  • Print industry knowledge in digital, offset and large format areas
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to estimate an advantage
  • Knowledge of Quote & Print an advantage
