We are on the hunt for a Warehouse Operator to join our crew. You will be the right-hand to our Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor, making sure stock is handled, stored, and moved with care and flair.

About the Role

This isn't just any warehouse gig – this is healthcare with real purpose and impact. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients are supplied with the medications they need, exactly when they need them. You will be part of the engine room of our operations by keeping stock organised, orders moving, and processes humming.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Warrior

  • Receive, check, and put away stock with accuracy
  • Rotate stock to keep everything fresh and compliant
  • Keep shelves, racks, and pallets neat, tidy, and safe
  • Ensure compliance with safety and pharmaceutical handling procedures

Logistics Legend

  • Assist with stock counts, maintain accurate records, and help keep our numbers on point
  • Work with couriers and drivers to keep deliveries smooth and on schedule

Inventory Intelligence

  • Assist with stock counts, maintain accurate records, and help keep our numbers on point
  • Flag discrepancies or stock shortages to the Supervisor
  • Monitor and record stock expiry dates to support compliance
  • Process inventory transactions, receipts, reporting and adjustments

Right-Hand Rockstar

  • Work closely with the Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to keep everything flowing smoothly
  • Keep the warehouse neat, safe, and compliant

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to sweat it out with the team.

To crush it in this role, you'll bring:

  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • A reliable, hands-on team player
  • Positive attitude, sense of humour, and willingness to learn
  • A current Forklift license (or the willingness to get one – we'll cover the cost)
  • ERP knowledge (if you don't, we'll teach you – no stress)
