Deluxe Heating & Cooling is a dynamic and progressive Air-conditioning Company that specializes in the installation of ducted and split systems to both new & existing residential buildings.

Our reputation of delivering a high quality product on time, has enabled our Company to grow significantly over a short period of time. We are now the preferred contractor for a number of Adelaide's best and innovative builders and now require a Scheduling Officer to coordinate the daily operations of the business.

The successful applicant will be a reliable and trustworthy individual who takes pride in all that they do and is willing to learn and take on additional roles where needed.

You will be required to perform a variety of administrative duties which will assist in the day to day running of the business, and the scheduling of our teams of Air Conditioning installers. This fast past role would suit an individual with the knowledge or interest of the construction industry, and want to work in an office environment. Both males and Females are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic attitude and quick learner.

Required hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, based in Adelaide's Western suburbs.

Key duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Booking & scheduling of installations with tradesman and clients
  • Maintain and build key relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Attend to Phone and Email enquiries
  • General Administration duties
  • Assisting with Quoting and Invoicing
  • Ordering of equipment & materials for jobs
  • Ensuring all compliance paperwork is complete post install

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well presented, organised and strong work ethic
  • A friendly, positive and helpful work manner
  • Hands on, quick learner
  • Excellent computing skills- use of SimPro (or similar scheduling program) would be seen as an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and respond quickly to any necessary scheduling changes

This role would suit a flexible and responsible individual who has a willingness to learn and has a strong focus on providing quality customer service.
