The Role & Responsibilities

This is a full-time position where you will be an essential leader in the shop. You will be responsible for the full scope of panel beating work, maintaining our high standards from start to finish.

Your key duties will include:

  • Full Vehicle Strip-Down & Reassembly: Expertly handling vehicles from start to completion.
  • Major Structural Repairs: Executing complex, high-quality structural and chassis work.
  • Dent Repair & Panel Alignment: Flawless repair of minor and major collision damage.
  • Quality Control Checks: Taking full ownership of the repair process and ensuring all work meets our strict standards.
  • Mentoring & Guidance: Being a leader in the shop by guiding the team on best practices and techniques.
  • Customer Communication: Acting as a professional representative of the business by clearly communicating with customers when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a qualified Panel Beater is essential (local or overseas experience accepted).
  • Skill: Proven ability to handle all aspects of collision repair, from cosmetic dent work to major structural jobs.
  • Communication: A strong communicator who can clearly convey technical information to both colleagues and customers.
  • Attitude: Reliability, honesty, a proactive approach, and a commitment to meticulous, quality workmanship.
