At Supreme Souvlakia we've been serving the community for over 40 years and We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Butcher to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products according to customer specifications and preferences.
  • Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers on meat selection, cooking methods, and recipes.
  • Stocking up the retail fridge with fresh meat products and ensuring proper display for customer appeal.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butcher area and retail fridge.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat, butchering techniques, and food safety standards.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
