Role Description

We're looking for a full-time Export Airfreight Operator
to join our team on-site at
Melbourne Airport, VIC
. This role is central to managing end-to-end export airfreight operations, including bookings, documentation, compliance, and client communications. You'll work closely with airlines, customers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are executed accurately, on time, and in line with aviation security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in airfreight operations
  • Proficiency with CW1 is essential
  • Exposure to Impex/Exdoc systems
    is highly regarded
  • Knowledge of supply chain and export compliance requirements
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, on-site environment
