About the Role

Working with technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and AWS, this role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable midrange applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions that enhance digital services for taxpayers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-quality midrange applications\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions
  • Provide IT application support and contribute to small-to-medium change initiatives
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to ensure quality
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments on AWS
  • Explore innovative approaches to improve current and future processes

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with enterprise-scale .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, ReST APIs)
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular 2+ or TypeScript
  • Proficiency with SQL Server and designing efficient, optimised data models
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, EKS, Lambda, and Fargate
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Australian Citizenship & existing Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
