Job Title: Bobcat / Skid Steer Operator – Asphalt Company based in Rocklea (30–50 hrs/week, Subcontracted)

Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Location: Brisbane, QLD

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Bobcat/Skid Steer Operator to join our crew on a subcontract basis. This is an ongoing role offering 30–50 hours per week, with the potential for overtime during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate bobcat/skid steer equipment for asphalt and civil works
  • Load, spread, and level asphalt and other materials
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance
  • Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain a safe and clean worksite

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating bobcat/skid steer machinery in asphalt or civil works
  • Current Bobcat/Skid Steer (LL) ticket or equivalent
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Reliability and punctuality are a must
