About the opportunity

At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Personal Care Assistant, you'll make a genuine difference when it's needed the

• Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
• Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
• Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information
• Preferred availability during the evening, overnight and weekends.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) workers check OR evidence of application AND current police check.
