As we continue to grow, we're looking for new Helpers (Support Workers) to join our vibrant team and help us in supporting our members in maintaining their independence and dignity.

Must be available:

Monday to Friday – 3-hour morning shifts

What You'll Do

  • Provide personal care and companionship to Members
  • Provide domestic support, companionship, and personal care
  • Assist with daily living tasks (e.g. meal preparation, cleaning, domestic assistance)
  • Manual handling
  • Communicate effectively with the Care Team to ensure the best care for our Members

What We're Looking For

  • Italian speaker (required)
  • Preferably lives around Berwick
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a car
  • Cert III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or relevant field
  • Confident with manual handling
