Detailed Cleaning Solutions (DCS) is the Domestic Cleaning branch of All Care Health Services Group, an in-home aged care provider in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.

Our Domestic Cleaners provide personalised services by understanding both what matters to our clients and how they want their domestic cleaning service to be delivered.

About the opportunity

We are seeking reliable Domestic Cleaners to join our team on a consistent casual basis, with regular availability between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

We understand everyone juggles life and prior commitments, however we are looking for candidates who can provide ongoing and reliable availability to help us set up a consistent roster. This allows us to deliver person-centred, high-quality support to our in-home aged care clients across the Illawarra, and with a regular schedule, you will be able to plan more effectively and enjoy greater stability in your role.

No prior experience is required – we value a positive attitude, attention to detail and a genuine desire to make a difference to the lives of our clients. We will provide the products and support you need to succeed.

About you

  • To be considered for this role, you will have a:
  • current valid Driver's Licence and a reliable insured vehicle;
  • minimum of three COVID-19 vaccination doses and willing to obtain an annual Influenza vaccination yearly;
  • willingness to undertake a National Police History Check;
  • mobile phone with Internet access (we run our rostering and client portals via a web-based platform on your phone).

  • be able to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • have a strong focus on quality and person-centred outcomes;
  • be reliable and committed to keeping your availability up to date;
  • be honest, reliable and demonstrate integrity; and
  • have good communication skills.
