Experienced Casual Cleaner

About the role:

Aspect Services Illawarra is seeking an experienced cleaner to join our small, reliable team. The role covers a mix of residential, AirBnB, and end-of-lease cleans across the Illawarra region. You'll need to be self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of working without constant supervision — we don't have time to babysit.

What you'll be doing:

  • General residential and commercial cleaning
  • Deep and end-of-lease cleans
  • AirBnB turnovers and office cleans
  • Ensuring high standards and attention to detail every time

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3–4 years' professional cleaning experience
  • Strong references from previous employers or clients
  • Reliable transport and driver's licence
  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • ABN preferred but not essential
