Step into a pivotal role at the heart of UQ Graduate School (UQGRS) as a Receptionist within the Enquiries Team. This is a high-profile, customer-facing position where your contribution ensures the smooth running of day-to-day office operations and supports the success of staff and students alike. You will be at the forefront of providing exceptional client service, managing enquiries, coordinating office logistics, and supporting a wide range of administrative activities.

Key responsibilities will include:
Provide high-quality reception and administrative support, including managing enquiries, inboxes, and office logistics.
Deliver client-focused service, responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and liaising with relevant staff as needed.
Coordinate office operations, including facilities management, stationery and consumables procurement, postal and courier activities, and general equipment maintenance.
Support the onboarding/offboarding of staff, assist with travel arrangements, and provide guidance for low-complexity HDR enquiries while referring others as appropriate.

Relevant qualifications or experience in administrative and reception roles.
Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.
Highly organised with effective time management and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with CRM systems or other client management tools is advantageous.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia and a criminal check.
