We are now seeking our next Construction Supervisor in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. In this role, you will lead trades, share your valued insights, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring our standards of top-quality builds and customer service are met.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Overseeing on-site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Managing and leading the on-site construction team, including subcontractors and laborers.
  • Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to meet specified standards and regulations.
  • Prioritizing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations for all on-site personnel.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with project stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and managing project budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.
