Barton Care is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Medication-Endorsed Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our growing team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and have current medication endorsement, we want to hear from you

About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care and safe medication administration to residents in aged care facilities across Melbourne.

Duties include:

  • Administering medications in line with your scope and facility protocols
  • Monitoring and reporting resident health and wellbeing
  • Documenting care accurately and professionally
  • Ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion
  • Assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, mobility, and daily living activities

To be successful, you'll need:
Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support (or equivalent)
Medication Endorsement (essential)
Valid Police Check (within 12 months)
Up-to-date COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, caring, and reliable approach
