Personal Care Assistant - Medication Endorsed Role

About the Position:

  • Based at The Mews Care Community in Victoria.
  • Permanent Full Time, Part Time & casual opportunities with flexible hours across 7 days on all shifts available.

To achieve this, we are seeking a highly skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Cert IV in Individual Support/Aged Care with HLTHPS007 unit; or
  • Completed the Pharmacology unit (EN/RN Students); or
  • Nursing students.

As a Personal Care Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for assisting our residents with their daily needs, including medication administration. You will work collaboratively with our nursing staff to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks for residents.
  • Administer medications as required.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.

Requirements:
