Medication Endorsed Care Provider

Seeking a skilled and dedicated Medication Endorsed Personal Care Worker to provide high-quality care services.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor medications to residents in accordance with their individual needs and medication plans.
- Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and toileting.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Cert IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Completion of Unit HLTHPS007 - Administer and monitor medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
