We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Sponsorship & Exhibitions (SPONEX) team and support the planning and delivery of event sponsor and exhibitor operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on logistics, communication, and attention to detail and is ready to build a career with impact.
This is a full-time position available in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth, with flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in client service or events with strong stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional organisational, planning and coordination abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Professional presentation and interpersonal confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event-related databases
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who brings fresh ideas, energy and a collaborative mindset
Desirable:
- Tertiary qualifications in Event Management, Hospitality or a related discipline
- Operational experience in an event, exhibition or sponsorship environment
- Experience using EventsAIR or similar event platforms
- Understanding of Arinex processes and service offerings
