What you will bring
You're a friendly and resourceful student who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming environment. You thrive on variety, whether assisting with library services, helping students navigate resources, or keeping study spaces running smoothly. Reliable and approachable, you take pride in contributing to a positive campus experience for everyone. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To be currently enrolled as a Southern Cross University student (student ID required in application)
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently
