C & M Civil Earthworks is a family owned and operated business based in Parkes, NSW and services the Mining, Agricultural and Civil Construction industries.

About the Position:

Due to increased growth and expanding project requirements, we are seeking applications for experienced plant operators.

C & M Civil Earthworks seek to engage long term staff and provide career development opportunities throughout the business.

Roster will be Monday to Friday.

Selection Criteria:

  • GPS experience highly regarded
  • Current and valid driver's licence
  • OHS Construction Induction (White Card) essential
  • Must be punctual, reliable and self motivated
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Outstanding commitment to safety in the workplace
  • National RIIMP qualifications highly regarded
  • This is not a FIFO position - applicants must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Parkes local area
