About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Manager – Analytics, Insights and Performance to lead in the Member Strategy and Performance team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the analytics, insights, and reporting across the Members Line of Business, enabling enterprise-wide business decisions and delivering improved outcomes for our members.
Day To Day, You'll
- Define and lead an integrated analytics, insights, and reporting strategy across the Line of Business aligned with objectives (e.g. growth, retention, satisfaction).
- Aggregate, analyse, and mine internal and external data sources to develop actionable insights for strategic and tactical improvements.
- Drive the identification and sharing of insights that impact core enterprise targets across teams and business lines.
- Enhance the way insights are visualised and communicated, ensuring clarity and impact across the organisation.
- Engage executive-level stakeholders on performance related to forecasted targets and outcomes.
- Oversee external agency research and data work to ensure alignment with ART's business requirements and methodologies.
- Collaborate deeply with broader data and AI centres of excellence to drive design, governance and application of advanced analytics models for broad data-driven decisioning making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- You have extensive experience leading data-related capabilities such as governance, analysis, research, insights, and reporting.
- You're skilled in advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and predictive modelling to support clear business outcomes and objectives.
- You're passionate about translating data-driven insights and evidence to inspire improved performance towards organisational strategic goals across teams and functions.
- You have high-level experience in quantitative and qualitative research design and implementation, including selecting and applying appropriate methodologies, designing instruments, and critically analysing and interpreting results.
- You've proven your ability to lead people and teams, coaching and guiding team members to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are strong, allowing you to influence, build, and maintain positive senior stakeholder relationships, and facilitate effective communication within a team environment.
- You have highly developed structured problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or have demonstrated relevant and equivalent work experience.
