Senior Accounts Receivable Officer – Join Our Growing Team

Due to continued business growth and increased market demand, we're excited to be expanding our Head Office Finance Team with a newly created opportunity for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Officer.

Operating within the retail and trade supply industry, our business has seen consistent national growth, with a strong presence across both physical locations and e-commerce. As part of this expansion, we're looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys working within a collaborative team, and excels at building strong relationships with account customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing debt collection and account follow-ups
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with account customers
  • Supporting the finance team during month-end close and reporting

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer literacy (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
