Rich in heritage and family history, Beechworth Honey is one of Australia's best loved iconic brands.

For over 140 years, our family has been keeping bees around Beechworth producing pure and natural honey.  Traditions, techniques and tales are now being passed from the 4th to the 5th generation.  Stories of success and failure, hard work and determination and an enduring love for nature and the environment that sustains us.

Our honey is pure and simple, from hive to home, just as nature intended. 100% Australian honey collected by our network of Australian beekeepers.

Beechworth is home to Beechworth Honey's much loved Beechworth Honey Shop and Bee School, with Corowa home to its production facilities.  Offices are located at both sites.

The opportunity

The Line Setter / Maintenance Technician is a hands-on position with the key focus of ensuring our production lines and associated equipment are operating at peak performance, resulting in minimal down time.

A secondary focus of this position is general site wide maintenance, which includes repairs, maintenance, record keeping and coordination of external contractors when the work can not be performed internally.

You will also need to be willing to provide support to our logistics team when required.

These are the things we would love you to have in your toolkit

• Fitter & Turner / Welding / Mechanical Trade / Training or Equivalent Experience
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery and plant
• Experience setting up production lines
• Competent forklift operator
• Competent IT user, including Microsoft / Google products to create spreadsheets and word documents and search for information on the internet
