About the opportunity

The Facilities Management team is a small dynamic team providing management of the facilities services across all Mercy Health, Health Service sites.

  • The provision of secretarial and administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
  • Administrative support for Maintenance Service Agreements and Contracts
  • Administrative support in Technology One for Facilities Management

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective facilities management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in Engineering & Maintenance field including asset maintenance
  • Confident in Tech One
  • Experience working with contracts is desirable

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
