About the Role

We're seeking a
client-facing Engagement Manager
to lead delivery and relationship management for key clients within the financial services sector. Based in Sydney, this role is ideal for a data-savvy professional who can bridge the gap between technical development teams and business stakeholders - ensuring seamless implementation and long-term success of advanced GenAI solutions.

As the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, you'll oversee end-to-end delivery - from solution design through to implementation, maintenance, and optimisation - while ensuring exceptional client experience and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the client engagement lead and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts.
  • Manage the delivery and implementation of GenAI-driven solutions, ensuring both technical and business objectives are achieved.
  • Translate complex data and AI insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as the conduit between clients and internal technical/product teams, aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Drive adoption, utilisation, and measurable business value from GenAI products.
  • Oversee project plans, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships and expand commercial value.

About You

  • Strong experience in consulting, client delivery, or engagement management within a data, AI, or technology-led environment.
  • Proven ability to bridge business and technical discussions with clarity and confidence.
  • Deep understanding of data concepts and emerging AI technologies.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and influencing capability.
  • Commercially astute and comfortable representing a growing, innovative brand.
  • Experience from Big 4, tech consulting, or a similar advisory environment is highly desirable.
  • Adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
