We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Senior Transformation Manager, reporting to the Executive Manager – Strategy, Transformation & Governance.

A bit about your role

You'll lead transformation programs from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes. Working with senior leaders, you'll co-create roadmaps, manage risk, and embed operational discipline. Your ability to influence, coach, and navigate complexity will help you foster a culture of continuous improvement. Whether shaping future-state processes or guiding teams through change, your leadership will drive meaningful impact.

A bit about you

You are a strategic, commercially minded leader who brings integrity, consistency, and an enterprise mindset. With a strong background in transforming large finance functions, you excel in communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational acumen - Influencing with confidence, leading through change, and building strategic networks. Your approach is data-driven and focused on governance, service excellence, and continuous improvement. You empower others, prioritise people and outcomes, and align strategy with execution. Adaptable and growth-oriented, you challenge the status quo and drive transformation through collaboration and diplomacy.
