About The Role
Bolton Clarke Enrolled Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our
Home Care clients
across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

  • Providing nursing care with the support from an Experienced Registered Nurse
  • Collaborating with community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health
  • Contributing to the assessment, prevention and early detection of any health conditions
  • Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing

Joining the team, you'll work around suburbs in Melbourne's Southern Region Aspendale, Aspendale Gardens, Edithvale, Chelsea, Bonbeach, Chelsea Heights, Carrum Downs, Skye, Frankston working a five-day roster that includes evenings. Monday-Friday

To be successful, you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Flu and covid vaccinations encouraged
