Our busy natural healthcare clinic requires the services of an outstanding Receptionist, who is energetic, has fantastic phone and computer skills and can relate to and care for people of all ages.

Duties will include:

  • Answering of phones
  • Booking of appointments
  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Billing and receipting
  • Open and closure of clinic
  • General Administration as required

  • Efficient and accurate with attention to detail
  • Ability to work proactively and unsupervised
  • Empathetic to patients needs
  • Willing to be an integral team member
  • Genuine interest in your own health and vitality

This casual position is opening within our team initially for 10 hours a week on a regular roster.  Availability for some weekday shifts, Thursday afternoons/evenings and some Saturday mornings may also be required.  Your time will ideally be flexible enough to relieve other team members when required. Hours may increase as future needs of our clinic change.

If you are looking for a long-term position, are wonderfully efficient, confident and caring with exceptional people skills then perhaps this position is for you. Interest in chiropractic and natural health care would be an asset.
