The Sub-acute in the Home Program is designed to provide comprehensive support to patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals at home. We are looking for an experienced clinical dietitian who has an interest and/or experience in rehabilitation. Visits to the client's home are a requirement of the role.

  • Bachelor of Health Science, Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent and eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia and the Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) program.
  • Well-developed clinical nutrition and supervisory skills and experience as appropriate for a Grade 2 Dietitian.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Established time management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of and commitment to Quality Improvement.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Understanding and implementation of inter professional learning and practice.
  • Current drivers licience.

Employment Type: This is a part time (8 hours per week), fixed term (12 months) opportunity.
