Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Leading Hand Plumber located in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves overseeing and supervising plumbing projects, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard. Responsibilities include team management, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with construction safety standards, as well as general plumbing tasks to support project completion.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory and Site Supervision skills to oversee plumbing projects and guide team members effectively.
  • Strong Communication skills to coordinate with the team, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure the quality and compliance of work.
  • Knowledge of Construction Safety practices to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications, trade certifications, and registration as required by local regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
