We are currently seeking a driven and motivated individual with a focus to join our professional Permits Team based at our stunning Robina office on the Gold Coast.

Reporting to the Permits Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Order / Receive / Check / Follow up Soils, Surveys
  • Issue Contract Tenders and Contract Drawings
  • Order slab computations / structural computations
  • Order acoustic reports
  • Lodgement of all Developer Covenant Approvals
  • Lodgement and receipting of all Council applications through our private certifiers
  • Assist in the workflow and management of customer files within the department
  • Receive and file digital surveys from third party providers
  • Manage the acceptance of drafting/engineering documentation from external providers; and
  • Manage the Permits Inbox daily.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience using database systems is an added advantage
  • Achieve targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Ability to read and articulate building plans and specifications would be an advantage
  • Well-developed communication and time management/prioritisation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL computer skills
  • Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities; and
  • A GREAT ATTITUDE
